Demi-Sweet Sparkling Wine

Here’s a sweetie. This 50/50 blend of French Colombard and Muscat of Alexandria is a treat for your sweet tooth. Candied aromas of confection sugars, flowers and vanilla. The body is full of lemon with hints of pineapple and orange zest. With its long sweet finish of vanilla bean and mild acid, this wine is destined to be served with wedding cake.

2011 Foot Pressed Red - $13.99

A rich, smooth light red wine with fruit, full mouth feel and light tannins. The back label lists the individuals that personally "foot pressed" the grapes on a hot Texas afternoon at our annual grape-stomp.

A fine light red wine "demi-sec" with fruit, full mouth feel and light tannins. This wine is fresh and should be consumed as early as possible. Serve at room t

emperature or slightly chilled as preferred. This bottle is also a great base for Sangria or Gluhwein, making it a good head-start for your own creative urge.

A blend of Black Spanish and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes makes this a fun signature wine for sipping or mixes it up with grapefruit soda to make your very own Sangria or Mulled (Hot Spiced or Gluehein) Wine.

Great with the Sangria Recipe: http://www.drycomalcreek.com/franklinscheapsangria.html

2010 Sauvignon Blanc. - $18.99

An absolutely first-class Sauvignon Blanc, bone dry and crisp in mouthwatering acidity. There’s great delicacy to the mouthfeel, with stony, mineral flavors that add tang to the lemon verbenia, rose petal and grapefruit. With citrus, convection sugar, more mineral and great acidity on the finish, this wine just begs to be paired with your favorite salads, fruits, a

nd spicy dishes. Go ahead and throw in a jalapeƱo just to enjoy its Texas roots. A star attraction of this wine is our very own. We have customers try this wine with Jerk Habanero jam, cream cheese and crackers to demonstrate how well it goes with spicy foods such as spicy chili, curry and even wasabi. And for those pure Texans, this wine goes fabulously with nachos piled high with jalapeƱos.

Gooseberries, melon, talc, apple, and flint make this extremely smooth, rich brisk Sauvignon Blanc a true "Texas Style Wine."
